It was an individual donation by Craig Dobbin which enabled the establishment of the foundation in 1993. ICUF is most grateful that Craig’s sons, Mark Dobbin and Craig Dobbin Jnr have both recently made generous donations which will ensure that ICUF can continue and expand it’s programme of work over the coming years.

ICUF is also most grateful to Elaine Dobbin and to Professor William R Waters for their continued and most generous support of scholarships, to Robert & Julia Foster for their most kind support in the past.
