Brief Description of Work: Dr Janine Bosak will spend eight weeks as a James M. Flaherty Visiting Professor at HEC Montréal, one of the top business schools in Canada. She will work with Denis Chênevert, Professor of Human Resource Management (HRM), and teach and conduct research on the topic of ‘Reducing the Costs of Burnout for Individuals, Patientcare and Hospital Performance’ in Canada and Ireland.
